The ASCO Registrar for Singer Super 10, Super 12 & 12hp is Bill Tull.

Bill grew up with a 1947 Super 10 (called Liza) which his father bought new several years before Bill was born. Bill knows the car intimately inside and out, having over the years completely overhauled and repainted her.

Bill also has a Gazelle saloon and is the Gazelle Registrar.

Bill has been involved in the car restoration business for some 20 years, restoring everything from Austin Seven to Rolls Royce.
